RockCandy is physical engagement infrastructure. You do not pay for seats or generic software access. You pay to deploy a validated engagement system, you pay as real interaction is measured, and you can add deeper analytics visibility when your operation needs it.
1) Deployment
One-time deployment, scoped to your environment.
Every RockCandy deployment is shaped by three things:
- The environment - Where interaction happens and how people encounter it
- The interaction - What people do once they enter, and how that experience is structured
- The scale - How many locations, touchpoints, and interactions the system needs to support
2) Engagement measurement
Pay based on real interaction.
Each deployment includes a starting pool of engagement credits. Additional volume is only needed when you want to continue measuring interaction beyond that initial allocation. Credits are tied to meaningful actions, not passive activity.
Interaction is measured in tiers based on what people actually do:
- Presence signals capture entry and initial interaction
- Intent signals reflect deeper engagement and exploration
- Outcome signals represent actions with clear operational or business value

Most deployments start with included volume, then extend based on real interaction patterns. We recommend the right engagement credit refresh volume during scoping to match expected traffic and desired outcomes.
3) Analytics & Visibility
Dashboard visibility is included. Deeper analytics is optional.
Every deployment includes a baseline dashboard so your team can see entry activity, touchpoint performance, and deployment-level interaction patterns.
If you need deeper operational reporting, advanced analytics can be added as a subscription layer. This expands visibility across progression paths, location comparisons, repeat behavior, and exportable reporting.

Entry points are where interaction begins. They can be physical or digital touchpoints that route people into the deployment, including QR, NFC, signage, and smart merch.
RockCandy provides production and preparation support for entry-point assets, including material selection, placement strategy, and deployment-readiness checks so each touchpoint performs clearly in the real environment.
If you already have physical assets, bring-your-own is fully supported and validated during scoping.

Are we buying software? +
No. You’re engaging RockCandy to deploy and operate a validated engagement system. The platform is the infrastructure we use to connect entry points, deliver content, and measure engagement.
Do we get logins? +
Yes. Every deployment includes dashboard visibility for core activity and touchpoint performance. Advanced analytics is available as an optional subscription layer when you need deeper reporting.
What does “deployment” include? +
Deployment covers setup and readiness: routing, configuration, logic, testing, measurement visibility, and included engagement volume. Production and physical entry points are scoped separately when needed.
Are deployments and volume shared across deployments? +
No. Deployments and engagement volume are scoped per deployment so signals remain clear and actionable.
What happens if we run out of volume? +
Your deployment stays live. Entry points still route correctly and content still loads. Engagement measurement pauses until volume is refreshed. Auto-refresh is available to prevent interruptions during high-traffic windows.
Can we bring our own QR/NFC? +
Yes. We’ll validate compatibility and performance during scoping.
